RCP London Events celebrates best year ever

RCP London Events is an award-winning conference and event venue in central London, housed within the Royal College of Physicians’ headquarters in Regent’s Park. The venue hosts over 350 events annually, and, in 2025, it registered its strongest year on record thanks to investments in event technology advancements, sustainability and client relationships.

RCP London Events is delighted to be celebrating our strongest year on record. The team has seen significant commercial growth through 2025, alongside industry recognition and increasing client loyalty.

This year, we exceeded our revenue target by 11%, as a result of innovation, investments in new services and a greater focus on growing relationships with clients. It’s a milestone we’re incredibly proud of and one that reflects the continued growth of the venue and our team. New business for large events also rose by 7%, leading to a 38% uplift in income compared with 2024.

Client loyalty has made a huge difference to this success. In 2025, 38% of all confirmed events came from returning customers who continue to trust us with their conferences, meetings and celebrations. Our conversion rate is also sitting at 21%, which remains well above the industry average.

Across the year, we welcomed 38,405 delegates and delivered 355 events between conferences, dinners, receptions and summer parties. Some of these included the Royal College of Physicians’ Medicine 2025 Annual Conference and Med+, Radio Academy Festival 2025 and the Mayor of London’s Clean Air and Health Summit 2025.

We are proud to be chosen by organisations looking for flexible and sustainable event spaces in central London, and we’re grateful to every client who helped make this year one to remember.

Recognition for exceptional delivery

The wider industry has also recognised our achievements. In 2025, we collected three awards, including:

• Gold for Best Conference/Event Venue (up to 500 theatre style) - Conference and Events Awards 2025
• Silver for Best Venue Customer Service - Conference and Events Awards 2025
• Bronze for Best Conference Venue - London Venue and Catering Awards 2025

Innovation at the heart of 2025

Investment in new services has strengthened our offer even further. This year, we launched our Immersive Projection Package, along with new audiovisual services such as speech-to-text technology, event filming and photography and a dedicated Garden Party Package to support outdoor events. All AV, event technology and media services are provided by our in-house team, and can be explored on our Event technology & AV page.

Following the refurbishment of our Wolfson Theatre in late 2024, which focused on connecting delegates with nature, sustainability and improving accessibility, we also introduced the concept of Conscious Conferences. A Conscious Conference is a conference with a greater meaning, placing importance on environmental sustainability, wellbeing, inclusivity and social responsibility. More on this will be revealed in 2026.

Looking ahead to 2026

As we move into 2026 with strong momentum and a healthy pipeline, innovation, responsible event delivery and great service remain at the heart of everything we do.
