Located in the heart of central London, RCP London Events offers an unparalleled venue for conferences up to 300, including two tiered built-in auditoriums and distinctive spaces.
Situated just a stone’s throw from Regent’s Park and close to the bustling West End, our venue is easily accessible by several key transport links, including the Underground and mainline rail services. Whether your delegates are arriving from within London or from further afield, our central location ensures a seamless journey to your event.
State-of-the-art spaces
RCP London Events caters to a wide variety of conferences, including association, charity, medical and corporate. Our flexible spaces are also ideal for related activities such as product launches, briefings, exhibitions, and lectures.
Our portfolio includes a versatile range of spaces to cater to your specific needs, including 12 modern meeting rooms of various sizes and styles, ensuring that we can accommodate everything from intimate board meetings to large-scale conferences. Our two built-in, tiered auditoriums, the Seligman Theatre and the recently refurbished Wolfson Theatre, are perfect for conferences, presentations, seminars, AGMs, awards ceremonies and panel discussions.
Each provides state-of-the-art AV services, spacious flat stages, and seating for up to 140 and 304 delegates respectively.
For a truly unique setting, the Dorchester Library, housing one of the most significant collections of rare books in the world, is also available for hire. This space offers an inspiring backdrop for any event with a capacity of up to 200 people.

At RCP London Events, we understand that every event is unique. That’s why we offer a range of Day Delegate Rate (DDR) packages designed to suit your specific requirements. Our DDR packages are available for events with 50 or more delegates and include options for sustainable catering.
Please note that audio visual equipment is not included in the Day Delegate Package and room hire. Consult the AV Pricelist for a comprehensive list of technical specifications and tariffs.
