Looking to host a conference in London? The RCP is the ideal London location for high profile conferences, presentations and exhibitions. There are an impressive portfolio of purpose-designed conferencing facilities in this award-winning conference centre, including dedicated registration areas, tiered auditoriums, meeting rooms, exhibition spaces and dining areas.

We offer a wide range of meeting rooms, lecture theatres and even a library for hire. There are a total of 12 rooms and theatres catering for conferences, exhibitions and meetings of all sizes. With a wide variety of sizes and styles you'll be able to find the room that specifically matches your businesses requirements.

The Royal College of Physicians is an iconic building, located in Regent's Park close to the centre of London with great transport links, and high quality local hotels and restaurants. The elegant spacious building was purpose built for lectures in 1959 by award winning architect Sir Deny Lasdun.

Full audio-visual and media services support is available including streaming and filming services. We have facilities for the disabled and top quality catering. You will be allocated an experienced events team to ensure that your conference, exhibition or meeting take place without a hitch.

Our award winning Grade 1 listed building is a stunning, distinctive conference venue that offers you highest quality conferencing facilities coupled with a unique sense of history.

Wolfson Conference Package (180-304)

Wolfson Conference Package.

Suitable for numbers of between 180 and 304 delegates, with space on the wheelchair accessible platforms for an additional 18 free-standing chairs.

Conference Facilities

The Wolfson theatre is a state of the art purpose-built tiered auditorium and lecture theatre, with a seating capacity of 304 delegates on fixed seats.  As part of the package the auditorium is available from 0800 to 1700.

Audio-visual equipment including (LCD projector, screen, PA system, twelve microphones, two laptops, two preview monitors and one personal technician (for eight hours) as well as a staffed cloakroom from 8am - 5pm is all included. There are also full audio-visual and media services support, including filming and streaming services available.

For branding purposes, we can project your logo's or rotating images onto the walls on either side of the main screen.

Registration area and desk with outside telephone line. Access to fax and photocopying facilities. One car parking space (the R.C.P. is located outside the congestion charge zone).  Organiser’s complimentary refreshments, snacks and fruit. Bottled water for the speaker’ s.table.

Vegetarian dishes and low sugar biscuits are available for all breaks and at lunchtime. Minimum numbers and special terms and conditions apply to this Day Delegate Package – Please ask for details.

Seligman Conference Package (80-140)

Conference facilities

Suitable for conferences of between 80 and 140 delegates, with space for an additional 10 free-standing chairs.  The arm rests of the seats in this auditorium contain writing tables.  As part of the package the auditorium is available from 0800 to 1700.

Audio-visual equipment including (LCD projector, screen, PA system, twelve microphones, two laptops, two preview monitors and one personal technician (for eight hours) as well as a staffed cloakroom from 8am - 5pm is all included. There are also full audio-visual and media services support, including filming and streaming services available.

Day Conference Packages (50+)

Day delegate packages are available in any of our meeting rooms for a minimum guarantee of 50 delegates (aside from the auditoriums which have their own minimum numbers). 

Please note that audio-visual equipment is not included in the day delegate rate package for meeting rooms (only for the auditoriums).
