RCP London Events is thrilled to introduce the newly refurbished Wolfson Theatre, our built-in tiered auditorium hosting up to 304 delegates and cutting-edge technology facilities.

The Wolfson Theatre is a contemporary looking space and our biggest auditorium. With a capacity of up to 304 delegates, it offers the perfect backdrop for multiple types of events.

Its state-of-the-art AV systems and technology, supported by our team of in-house experts, make it the ideal space for conferences, presentations, seminars, AGMs, awards ceremonies and panel discussions.

We understand that flexibility is your biggest priority, and we offer hybrid, streaming and filming services to ensure your delegates can attend your event wherever they are, whenever they want.

The Wolfson Theatre is fully accessible, and it includes an assistive listening system, Mobile Connect. This modern system allows users to follow the audio from an event via an app on their mobile phone by simply connecting to our network and scanning a QR code.

As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation, throughout August 2024 we are running a series of refurbishments and upgrades to the Wolfson Theatre.

This includes the installation of new seats and carpets to guarantee all-day comfort, plus modenised interiors handpicked with inclusivity in mind. The earthy colour palette chosen for the new Wolfson Theatre evokes nature and promotes a sense of calm, benefiting neurodivergent individuals.

Central to the Wolfson Theatre renovation is our commitment to sustainability. The updated design incorporates eco-friendly materials sourced from environmentally responsible suppliers.

These include carpets made from upcycled fishing nets, handmade acoustic wooden panels, and new ergonomic seats produced in the UK. Attendees at your event will enjoy a contemporary, revitalized space that is also kind to the Planet.

Balsan (France) - Balsan's carpets are created using recovered fishing nets, transformed into econyl yarn. They are quality and environmental management certified, holding ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 qualifications.
Naturewall (UK, East Yorkshire) - Inspired by nature, our wall panelling supplier values quality, simplicity, sustainability and authenticity. They are members of Made in Britain, an organisation bringing together businesses that champion UK manufacturing.
Audience Systems (UK, Westbury, Wiltshire) - Leaders in the sector, our chair supplier is committed to reducing their carbon footprint and using quality material that lasts. Fully manufactured in the UK.
