RCP London Events is one of the two commercial events venues of the Royal College of Physicians, a unique and award-winning venue in London. It offers versatile spaces for hire for conferences, meetings, exhibitions, corporate functions and more.

RCP London Events is easy to reach by Tube and rail. The nearest Underground station is Regent’s Park on the Bakerloo line, just a short walk away. Great Portland Street, Warren Street and Baker Street stations are also nearby. For national rail connections, Euston, King’s Cross and St.Pancras are all within easy reach.

Yes. RCP London Events provides in-house catering through our partner, Company of Cooks. We offer seasonal and sustainable menus for conferences, meetings, receptions, private dining and summer parties, with options tailored to your event requirements.

Yes. Our catering team can accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements and special menu requests. Please let us know your guests’ needs during the planning process so we can tailor the catering accordingly.

Yes. RCP London Events has an outdoor event space in the form of the Medicinal Garden, available from April to October. It provides a distinctive setting for summer parties and outdoor receptions for up to 200 guests in central London.

This depends on the size and complexity of your event. As a general guideline, we recommend booking 8 to 12 months in advance. For popular dates or more complex requirements, we recommend allowing 12 to 18 months' notice. We can also accommodate short-notice requests, subject to date availability.

Yes. RCP London Events is a central London conference venue with flexible event spaces, in-house catering, AV support and experienced event planning services, making it well suited to conferences of different sizes and formats.

RCP London Events can host up to 300 guests in the Wolfson Theatre and up to 400 guests for a standing reception in the Osler and Long Rooms, depending on the layout and style of the event.

The venue has a reception located on the ground floor, with a secure cloakroom in the lower ground floor. Access is via registration.

Yes. RCP London Events offers step-free access, accessible toilets and lifts throughout the venue to support easy movement between floors and event spaces.
