Day Delegate catering packages
Our flexible packages will fuel your guests throughout the day, keeping them revitalised, fresh and engaged. Fuel your delegate’s potential with our fantastic Day Delegate packages including a diverse range of options using quality fresh and ingredients and sustainable products.

Spring/Summer 2025 Day Delegate catering menu
Traditional Day Delegate package - 9am to 5pm
Fuel the start of the day with a selection of freshly baked goods, yoghurt and granola pots; energise your morning with our Future 50 Food energy bites and fresh fruit; refuel yourself at lunch with delicious hot fork buffet/bento boxes/sharing boards/bowl food; and rejuvenate your afternoon with sweet treats!
Freshly brewed Fairtrade coffee, English breakfast tea and a selection of herbal infusions will be served throughout 3 breaks, alongside tasty beverage bites.
Flexible Day Delegate package - 9am to 3pm
The traditional Day Delegate package - with a flexible twist! Finish your event at 3pm with a later hot fork buffet lunch and replace your afternoon break refreshments with a glass of wine, beer or soft drink alternative. Extend the event up to 5pm with our drinks packages and food options.
The Day Delegate package at RCP London Events includes:
- Main room hire
- Catering room hire
- 3 x tea, coffee and refreshments breaks (exceptions apply based on your DDR option)
- Lunch option of either hot fork buffet, bento boxes, sharing boards or bowl food (exceptions apply based on your DDR option)
- Dedicated event coordinator during the day
- Complimentary use of the cloakroom for all the guests
- 2 x complimentary car parking spaces
Hospitality package
Our Hospitality Package is designed for smaller delegate groups with a flexible day schedule, and it is to be enjoyed over an 8-hour period.
Alternatively, select one of our breakfast menus (served with freshly brewed Fairtrade coffee, a selection of ethically sourced teas, still and sparkling water and 100% pure seasonal fruit juice), add one or more refreshment breaks and energise your delegates with lunch options including sandwiches, seasonal salads, sharing boards and bento boxes.

Drinks receptions & parties
From the majestic Dorchester Library to the newly refurbished Platt Room overlooking the Medicinal Garden, RCP London Events presents a diverse range of spaces that offer a suggestive backdrop for drink receptions and informal evening networking events.
We offer drinks packages to suit receptions from an hour up to three hours, which can be upgraded to premium drinks packages and combined with mouth-watering canapés or original bowl food items created to allow guests to circulate and network.

Fine dining
Our culinary team have created a range of seasonal menus to whet your appetite, and our wines have been carefully selected to complement and enhance each dish. Choose one starter, one main course and one dessert for the group, and add a cheese course, palette cleanser or amuse bouche to enhance your package.
Our team is on hand to assist you with your selection or any questions concerning the matching of your food and wine.

We are constantly striving to minimise our impact on the Planet, and we are proud to work with a great collection of quality-focused winemakers who all work with sustainability in front of mind.
