We believe the most memorable events happen when innovative technology and inspiring spaces come together. That’s exactly what we explored when we welcomed audiovisual professionals from across the UK’s heritage and cultural sectors for the latest AV Cultural Forum (AVCF).
Hosted at RCP London Events, the event offered guests an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how we deliver ambitious, high-impact AV experiences within a building steeped in more than 500 years f history.

The AV Cultural Forum brings together AV professionals working across museums, galleries and cultural institutions to exchange ideas, share expertise and discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping our industry.
The event at RCP London Events provided the perfect opportunity to explore how evolving AV technologies can enhance storytelling, transform audience engagement and create experiences that are both immersive and memorable.

Behind the scenes at RCP London Events
Hosted by RCP London Event’s Ben Pain, Head of Audio Visual Resources and Francis Burrows, AV Sales and Production Manager, the session explored the practical realities of delivering AV at scale within a heritage environment.
Attendees gained insights into the considerations involved in creating successful events within a historic venue. The discussion also highlighted the opportunities that come from working with AV in heritage spaces. Rather than viewing the building as a limitation, we see its architecture and history as an integral part of the event experience, providing a unique canvas for creativity and storytelling.
As Francis Burrows explains: “Hosting the AV Cultural Forum was a chance to share how we’ve evolved our sales and innovation approach over the past three years, while learning from peers across the sector.
