We are very excited at the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) following the news that we have been shortlisted in the category of ‘Best Venue Customer Service (under 500 delegates)’ for the Conference Awards 2017.
The Conference Awards recognise excellence and exceptional quality offered at conference and event companies. The RCP team entered the awards having spent 2016 striving to deliver excellent customer service by introducing ‘Customer Service Excellence Guidelines’ and investing significantly in our technology offering.
