Wolfson Conference Package

The Wolfson theatre is a state of the art purpose-built tiered auditorium and lecture theatre, with a seating capacity of 304 delegates on fixed seats.  There are accessible facilities, full audio-visual and media services support including filming and streaming services. The catering is world-class and your dedicated event manager and award-winning events team look forward to welcoming you.

Day Delegate Package

The Wolfson theatre is also available for evening and weekend hire.

Registration

A dedicated registration desk is available outside the Wolfson theatre with an outside telephone line. Access to business center services such as fax, printing and photocopying is available via our main reception desk.  For delegates, business center facilities are available in our Welcome Library on the 2nd floor.

Auditorium

Purpose-built auditorium / lecture theatre seating 304 (fixed seats) with space for an additional 18 free standing chairs (depending on the number of wheelchair users. 

As part of the package the auditorium is available from 0800 to 1700.

Audio-visual equipment including (LCD projector, screen, PA system, twelve microphones, two laptops, two preview monitors and one personal technician (for eight hours) as well as a staffed cloakroom from 8am - 5pm.

For branding purposes, there are two power point projectors which can project your logo's or rotating images onto the walls on either side of the main screen.

Exhibition

A capacity of twenty, 6 ft tables can be accommodated for a table top exhibition in the Osler / Long rooms.  We will provide 4ft and/or 6ft clothed tables with power and an extension power cord to each table (if requested). Poster boards are also available for hire, and we have nominated suppliers that can assist with exhibition stands and services.

In addition
Should you require extra exhibition space, our Dorchester Library which is adjacent to the Osler room via a gallery, is available to hire in addition to the day delegate rate package and is an ideal area, accommodating an extra twelve, 6ft or 4ft table top exhibition stands.

In the event both rooms are used, the refreshment breaks are split between the two rooms, at lunch time, the hot fork buffet will be served in the Osler / Long room, with cheese, dessert and tea/coffee served in the Dorchester Library enabling maximum exposure for all exhibitors.
