Seligman Conference Package

The Seligman theatre is a purpose-build tiered auditorium and lecture theatre, seating a capacity of 140 delegates on fixed seats.

One car park space on a complimentary basis is available for organisers, to be reserved in advance with vehicle registration details.  A manned cloakroom facility is also available for delegates.

There are facilities for the disabled, full audio-visual support and blue-tooth technology, top quality catering and an experienced event team, all at your disposal.

The Seligman theatre is also available for evening and weekend hire.

Registration

A dedicated registration desk is available outside the Seligman theatre, with an outside telephone line.  Access to business centre services such as fax, printing and photocopying is available via our main reception desk.

Catering

Morning arrival

Italian-roast coffee, selection of teas and herbal infusions, mini Danish pastries, spring water, juice and a fruit basket.

Mid-morning Break

‘Fair Trade’ filter coffee, selection of teas and herbal infusions, spring water and juice, organic oatmeal, sweet meal and ginger biscuits.

Lunch

Hot or cold, three course fork buffet, including:  two main courses with suitable accompaniments, salads or vegetables, choice of desserts, farmhouse and shire cheeses and a fruit basket.  Spring water, juices and hot beverages.

Afternoon Break

Selection of teas and filter coffee, spring water and juice, afternoon tea cakes.

Auditorium

Purpose-built auditorium / lecture theatre seating 140 (fixed seats) with space for an additional 10 free standing chairs (depending on the number of wheelchair users.

As part of the package the auditorium is available from 0900 to 1700.

Audio Visual equipment includes, large screen, LCD data projector, PA system & microphones as well as a personal technician for the duration of the conference.

For branding purposes, there are two power point projectors which can project your logo's or rotating images onto the walls on either side of the main screen.

Exhibition

A capacity of ten, 6 ft tables can be accommodated for a table top exhibition in the Osler / Long rooms. We will provide 4ft and/or 6ft clothed tables with power and an extension power cord to each table (if requested). Poster boards are also available for hire, and we have nominated suppliers that can assist with exhibition stands and services.

Conference Facilities

Purpose-built lecture theatre from 9am -5pm. Audio-visual equipment (PowerPoint equipment, PA system & microphones, slide projector, OHP and more). One personal technician (eight hours) Room hire for main lecture theatre and catering area. Staffed cloakroom
